The Alabaster Offering is a special giving initiative in the Church of the Nazarene that supports the construction of churches, schools, clinics, homes for missionaries and pastors, and other buildings in mission areas around the world.

The offering is inspired by the biblical story of the woman who poured expensive perfume from an alabaster jar onto Jesus’ feet as an act of worship (Matthew 26:6-13). Just like she gave sacrificially, Nazarenes give to the Alabaster Offering as an act of love and obedience, helping to build God’s kingdom.

The offering is typically collected twice a year (February and September), with people often saving their spare change in small “Alabaster Boxes” to contribute. Every penny given goes directly toward purchasing land and constructing buildings in mission areas—none of it is used for administrative costs.

We will collect Alabaster Offering on March 2nd
